摘要
在推进股权激励制度改革的今天 ,人们在看到股票期权制的诸多积极作用的同时 ,不能忽视其消极影响 ,只有不断解决其存在的问题 ,才能对经营者产生有效激励 ,提高企业的竞争力 。
Nowadays we are performing reformation of stock right incentive system.While understanding a lot of positive effects of Stock Option system, we can't ignore its negative factors.Only after solving its existing problems can we produce effective incentive to executors,improve competition of enterprise and make this system have long-term development in our country.
