摘要
企业集团的筹资模式直接影响到企业集团筹资的效果。基于对企业集团筹资的特点、影响企业集团筹资模式选择的因素的分析 ,在现实条件下我国企业集团筹资可选择以外部的间接融资为主。
Financing models have close links with the efficiency of financing for enterprise groups, so research on such a subject is , apparently , of great significance. Based upon the exploring of some basic characteristics of financing models and some affecting factors which affect the selection of financing models, this article gives a discussion upon the potential financing models for China's enterprise groups in current circumstances, in which external indirect financing functions with the supplementary effect of internal financing and direct financing.
