摘要
本文论述了第二产业清洁生产取得阶段性成果的基础上开展第三产业清洁生产的必要性 ,并通过举例总结归纳了第三产业清洁生产技术方案 ,为我国加入WTO后实现可持续发展提供重要的参考。
This paper, combining the definition of cleaner production, expounded the necessity of carrying out cleaner production in tertiary industry on the basis of the results so far achieved, and proposed plans and concrete procedures for the implementation of cleaner production in tertiary industry acording to China's present situation so as to provied important reference for the realization of sustainable development after China's entry into WTO.
