摘要
对铜基形状记忆合金管接头的特性作了研究。实验结果表明:铜基记忆合金管接头内径在适当的冷态扩孔度下具有较高的单向恢复率,并且薄壁管接头比厚壁的有更大的恢复率。该管接头在冷态扩孔后经10次左右的冷热循环。使冷态和热态时其内径尺寸分别达到稳定值,它们的差值以薄壁管接头的较大。在冷态扩孔后轻松的插入两段钢管,当马氏体逆转变后管接头紧紧抱住钢管。其抱紧力随它们之间的过盈量增加而增加;同时该管接组件具有良好的气密性。
The performances of Copper-Based SMA coupler have been investigated in this paper. The experimental results show that higher one way recovery ratio of Copper-Based SMA coupler inside diameters can be obtained under proper fraction of cold expanding bore at martensite state and there is higher one way recovery ratio in thin wall coupler than that in thick wall one. After the cold expended coupler is cycled up to about 10 times between parent to martensite transformation temperature range, the inside diameters of the coupler in martensite and parent phase get stable value individually, and the difference of inside diameters in both state of thin wall coupler is larger than those of thick wall one As the coupler is cold expanded at martensite state and a pair of carbon steel tubes is then inserted in the coupler easily, the coupler holds the steel tubes strongly while it reverses to parent phase. The holding force increases with the increase of the interference between the coupler and steel tubes, and the assemble of the coupler and tubes has better gastightness.
