摘要
目的 :为研制具有新功能的自控输液器。方法 :将单片机控制技术和传统的输液器相结合 ,采用光电传感器、信号处理电路、单片机控制系统、马达伺服电路和机械闸门、数字显示等技术。结果 :完成了具有自动控制输液量、自动监控输液速度、实时显示输液滴数、无液报警、堵液报警等功能的自控输液器。结论 :该研究有望为提高输液安全、减少医疗事故提供一种新的方法和手段。
Objective: To develop a new type of intravenous drip with the function of auto-detection and auto-control. Methods: Computer, opto-electronic sensor, signal processing circuit, digital display circuit and a mechanical gate driven by motor are used with common intavenous drips. Results: An intravenous drip was developed which has the function of auto-controlled dripping quantity, auto-detected and controlled dripping velocity, real-time displayed drips, and alarm-sounding in no drips. Conclusion: A new technique can be presented to prevent emergency medical contingencies in the use of intravenous drips.
