摘要
目的 :探讨电化学疗法对TA2 系小鼠B细胞淋巴瘤的抑制作用和死亡率的影响。方法 :用移植的方法复制小鼠B细胞淋巴瘤模型 ,随后应用电脉冲通过铂金电极直接刺激肿瘤组织。1周后观察肿瘤大小、转移及存活情况。结果 :电脉冲组肿瘤的生长速度、转移程度较对照组低 ,而死亡率明显低于对照组和化疗组 ,电脉冲与化疗合用抑制效果更佳。结论 :电化学疗法可明显抑制肿瘤组织生长及转移 ,降低带瘤动物的死亡率。
Objective: To study the effects of ECT on inhibition and the death rate of B-lymphoma in TA2 inbred mice. Methods: Transplantation was used to copy the B- lymphoma model in TA2 inbred mice, then electric pulse was used to stimulate the tumors through Pt electrode. Tumer size, metastasis and living status were observed after one week. Results: The growth velocity and living status in the Electric pulse group were significantly lower than that of the compared group and the chemotherapy group. The inhibition effect would be better when EP and chemotherapy were applied together. Conclusion: By ECT, the growth and metastasis of tumors is inhibited significantly, and the death rate of animals with tumors will be lowered.
