摘要
目的 :报告孤立性蝶窦病变的罕见症状 ,以减少对该病的误诊。方法 :回顾 2例患者的误诊、诊断和治疗过程 ,分析本病罕见症状的发生原因。结果 :患者的主要临床表现三叉神经痛和癫痫症状 ,均由蝶窦疾患引起并随着原发疾患的治愈而痊愈。结论 :孤立性蝶窦病变除了可有头痛、视力下降和颅神经瘫痪等症状外 ,还可有三叉神经痛。
Objective:To report seldom symptoms of isolated sphenoid sinus reference.Method:The diagnosis and treatment of 2 cases were reviewed,and the reasons for the symptoms were analysed.Results:The clinical symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia and seizure were caused by isolated sphenoid sinus disease.Conclusion:Besides cephalagia,descent of sight and paralysis of cranial nerve,trigeminal neuralgia and seizure can be the seldom manifestations of the isolated sphenoid sinus disease.
