摘要
以颗粒状沸石、粉煤灰、硅胶等为载体,表面涂覆碱式聚合氯化铝而制备成固定化絮凝剂。粉煤灰固定化絮凝剂有最大的污染物负荷量及饱和吸附絮凝量,沸石固定化絮凝剂稍次, 硅胶固定化絮凝剂的污染物负荷量及饱和吸附絮凝量最小, 而可再生性能最好,三者宜以2:1:2的质量比混合使用。染整工业污水在以固定化絮凝剂填充的絮凝沉降床内处理约 6 hr,COD、 BOD、悬浮物、硫化物、色度等指标可分别降低约 93%、 77%、 94%、 93%、 83%, 除污效果明显优于一般的絮凝床或直接施加絮凝剂工艺, 还具有占地小、 工艺简单、 絮凝剂可反复使用等优点。
Fixed pollutant- agglomerating agent was prepared by precipitating aluminum chloride hydrocarbon complex on surfaces of zeolite grain, coal cinder grain, and silica gel grain in saturated aluminum chloride hydrocarbon complex solution containing 15% alcohol, and thermosetting it under temperature of 350℃ for about 2 hr. It was found that the coal cinder- based fixed pollutant- agglomerating agent had the largest amounts of adsorbed waste and agglomerated waste, but poor reusability.By contrast, the silica gel- based fixed pollutant- agglomerating agent had good reusability, but the smallest amount of adsorbed waste and agglomerated waste. The largest amount of adsorbed waste and agglomerated waste, and the best reusability were, however, obtained with the mixturecomposed by silica gel- based fixed pollutant- agglomerating agent,coal cinderbased one, and zeolite- based one in mass ratio of 2:1:2. After treatment for 6 hr in the precipitate- agglomerating bed, values of the chemical oxygen dem and(COD),the biological oxygen demand(BOD),suspended substances, sulfide, and color density in the wastewater were cut down by 93% ,77% ,94% ,93% and 83% ,respectively.
