摘要
为了补救球磨机效率很低而发展起来的“多碎少磨”工艺与装备 ,在我国发展快 ,机型多 ,各有特色 ,效果显著 ,但不能从根本上解决球磨机存在的问题。“碎”和“磨”有不同的特点和工艺要求 ,用“以碎代磨”取代球磨机是行不通的。球磨机更新换代的研究方向 ,应从“磨”上下功夫才行。
To take the place of the ball mill with low efficiency , the technology and equipment with more breaking and less Milling have developed fast in China, and have a lot of types, each of which has different features and woks well. The technology and equipment, however, cannot radically solve the problems existing in the ball mill. Breaking and milling have different characteristics, and need different technology. So it is impossible to replace milling with breaking. More attention should be paid to milling in order to have a revolutionary reform of ball mill.
