摘要
针对肠易激综合征(Irritable Bowel Syndrome IBS)主要症状采用相应的新药靶向治疗。其中包括通过改善胃肠转运 药物如止泻剂;改善内脏敏感性药如K受体激动剂、5-羟色胺(5-HT3,5-HT4)拮抗剂、生长激素抑制剂类似物及抗抑郁药 等。
Objectives: The relerant targeting treatment is conducted with newer drugs to be aimed at the symptoms of irritable bowel Syndrome. These agents concluding anti-diarrhoea agents to improve the GI transportation function, the drugs to modify visceral sensation such as the K-receptor agonists, 5-HT3 and 5-HT4 antagonists, somatostatin analogues, and antidepressants.
