摘要
Fiber FISH是近几年发展起来的一项高分辨率和高灵敏度的荧光原位杂交技术 ,已被广泛应用于人类及动植物基因组的研究。本文对Fiber FISH在植物基因组研究中的特点及其在染色体物理图谱的构建 ,染色体结构与分子构成分析和在比较基因组中的应用等进行了探讨。
Fiber-FISH (FISH to extended DNA fiber) is a newly developed technique with high resolution and detection sensitivity, which has been widely used in human, animal and plant genome research. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the fundamental principle and method of fiber-FISH. The different purposes of fiber-FISH in plant genome research including physical map construction, molecular organization of particular chromosome segments and comparative genome research were also discussed.\;
