摘要
新型抗毒素是一类由Penicilinsp.产生的抗病毒物质 ,其中喷雾使用 5 0~ 40 0mg/L ,在菜豆和黄瓜上测定对黄瓜花叶病毒 (Cocumbermosaicvirus,CMV)的钝化效果分别为 5 2 .9%~ 87.5 %和 41.8%~ 6 1.0 % ;在黄瓜上于接种前后分别喷施 2 0 0mg/L ,对病害初侵染的作用效果分别为 80 .3 %和 6 5 .3% .试验结果表明该类新型抗毒素对黄瓜花叶病具有钝化病毒粒子、抑制病害初侵染和干扰过氧化酶的活性等作用 .表 4,参
This experiment showed that antivirus of Penicilin sp. could inactivate cucumber mosaic virus(CMV).The inactivation efficacy for CMV could be up to 52.9%~87.5% and 41.8%~61.0%, spraying with 50 and 400 mg/L of antivirus .The control effects were 80.3% and 65.3% if sprayed with 200 mg/L antivirus 24 h before or after inoculation. The PO activity of tomato sprayed with this antivirus was higher than that of the control plants before inoculation, and the PO activity peak was delayed in comparison with that of control plants after inoculation.
