摘要
本文在对数控机床位置精度进行误差分析的基础上,探讨了通过数控系统对反向偏差中的系统误差进行补偿的机理,提出了使反向偏差达到最佳状态的方法,并就补偿的局限性进行了讨论。
Based on the error analysis to the positioning accuracy of NC machine tools, in this article, an approach to the mechanism of compensating the systematic error in inverse deviation through NC system has been made, and a method of optimizing the inverse deviation is put forward, in addition, the limitation of this method is also discussed.
