摘要
提出了一种运用数模混合信号的低功耗温度测量电路的设计方案。该电路通过温度传感器来侦测温度的变化 ,运用 RC振荡原理把传感器的电阻值转换为频率的信号 ,并使用一片 ROM把此频率信号映射为实际的温度 ,从而实现温度的测量。测量的范围为 - 2 0°C~ 60°C,精度为 1°C。
