摘要
本文测定了电烫去除双侧甲状旁腺(PTX、甲旁减)大鼠脑内与主要神经递质功能有关的酶活性及受体结合活性的改变,并与老龄大鼠进行了比较。结果表明,PTX鼠和老龄鼠脑纹状体腺苷酸环化酶(AC)活性明显降低,PTX鼠纹状体AC对外源性多巴胺(DA)的反应性明显下降,纹状体谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)活性明显下降。老龄鼠脑突触体膜对GABA?和DA_2受体的结合活性明显减小,PTX鼠与老龄鼠呈相似变化。提示长期钙代谢失调可导致脑的神经功能紊乱和老化。
The changes of enzymes relating to the principal neurotransmitters function and their corresponding receptors binding of the transmitters are measured in the PTX rats and elder rats,In the presence of 10 mM ATP,the activity of AC declined significantly in the striatum of PTX and elder rats, the reactivities of AC in striatum of PTX rats to exogenous DA decreased remarkably, and the striatum GAD activity decreased significantly. The receptor binding of synaptic membrane for GABAA and DA2 receptors declined significantly in the brain of elder rats, and there is the same tendency in the PTX rats. The above results suggested that long-term disturbance of calcium metabolism can result in the brain senesce and nerve hypofunction, which is the biochemical basis of many common nervous and psychical symptoms in the clinics.
