摘要
寻找一种检测孕妇血浆中胎儿 DNA新方法。采用 SRY探针微孔板杂交法 ,通过 PCR产物与 SRY探针杂交 ,然后通过辣根过氧化物酶标记的抗生物素进行酶联显色 ,读取光密度值。结果发现 :探针微孔板杂交检测法的灵敏性和特异性均高于电泳检测方法。提示 :探针微孔板杂交检测技术的灵敏性和特异性较高 。
To search for a new method for detecting fetal DNA in maternal plasma, SRY probe microplate hybridization was employed The PCR product was hybridized with SRY probe Then streptavidin POD was used in colorimetric detection It was found that the specificity and sensitivity of special probe microplate hybridization were higher than electrophoresis, suggesting the microplate hybridization possess the advantages of sensitivity and specificity and can be used in clinical practice
