摘要
目的 研究建立砖茶氟含量测定方法。方法利用氟离子选择电极测定砖茶氟含量。结果沸水浴加热，水浸提砖茶样品，总离子强度缓冲液的柠檬酸钠浓度为 １２０ｇ／Ｌ，电极法测定样品含氟量；加标回收率平均为９４．０％，平均变异系数ＣＶ＝１．０２％（０．５１％－１．６１％）；测定国家茶叶标准物质氟含量与标准值相符。结论 本实验方法测定砖茶样品氟含量结果可靠，操作简便，有实际应用意义。
Objectives To study and build up a method for determination fluoride in brick- tea. Methods Employed fluoride special electrode technique to detect fluoride in brick- tea. Results Sample of bricktea was immersed in water and heated with boiling water. Sodium citrate dihydrate in TISAB is 120g/L. The infusion was determined sith fluoride special electrode. The average rate of recovery was 94.0 ± 4.4% and the coefficient of variation(CV)was 1 .22%(0.51 - 1 .81%). The fluofide in national tea reference material was edtected, and the content of fluoride was accord with the certified values. Conclusion Determination of fluoride in bricktea with tea selected TISAB gave a better result.
