摘要
对空气中的BMID用热重分析 (TG)及差热分析 (DTA)方法研究了其热分解动力学问题 ;以Coats-Redfern法确定了热分解反应级数为一级反应 ,用等失重百分率试验求得0~ 50 %失重百分率下的反应活化能 (E)值在 1 1 9 5~ 1 2 3 9kJ/mol之间 ,E在 0~ 40 %是增加 ,40 %以上是减少 ,预测出BMID均聚物在空气中 1 48℃失重 5%的条件下热老化寿命为 1 0年。
The thermal stability of BMID polymer was characterized by kinetic studies using dynamic thermal gravimeter (TG) in the air. The thermal degradation appeared to be the first order reaction. An procedure developed by Ozawa was used in this paper, and apparent activation energy E ranged from 11.95/Kjmol to 123.9KJ/mol with conversion from 0 to 0.5, E increased with conversion from 0 to 0.4, decreased above 0.4. The lifetime estimates indicated that with 5% weight loss in ten-year service the maximum service temperature is 1480C
