摘要
在温室内研究了不同声波处理对大白菜及蚜虫的影响。结果表明 :绿色音乐对桃蚜和萝卜蚜具有控制作用 ;超声波对桃蚜具有控制作用。绿色音乐处理可使桃蚜的体色由绿色改变为红色 ,且红色桃蚜的酯酶活性极显著地高于绿色桃蚜 ;3种酯酶的分子量 ( k D) ,红色桃蚜为 18,2 4 ,和 4 3,而绿色桃蚜分别为 2 0 ,30和4 0。
The relationships among different sonic treatments, Chinese cabbage growth, and aphids’ injury was studied in green houses. The results show: Peach aphid Myzus persicae (Sulzer) and turnip aphid Lipaphis erysimi (Kaltenbach) could be controlled by green music, and peach aphid could be controlled by ultra sound. After green music treatment the body color of peach aphid could be changed from green to red; t test shows the esterases activity of red color aphids is remarkably higher ( P <0.01) than that of green ones; the molecular weights of the esterases of red color aphids are 18, 24, and 43 kD, but the green color ones are 20, 30, and 40 kD. The yields of Chinese cabbage of the sonic treatments are remarkably higher than that of control.
