摘要
利用Delphi中类提供CREATE方法，在相应代码中动态生成控 件 ，通过其具体应用在Delphi中实现电视般字幕滚动效果。文中程序已测试通过，应用效果良好。
In this paper the controlware are created dynamically in the way of inputting corresponding codes in Delphi IDE(In tegrated Dev elopment Environment),based on “CREATE”method supplied by classes of Delphi pr ogram.The technique is used in practice so that the result of rolling captions a s TV set is implemented in Delphi.The program is tested and applied in many situ ations,and good result is obtained.
