摘要
为预测卫星热控系统温度、提高该系统故障诊断准确率 ,采用了基于模型的研究方法 ,建立了热控系统数学模型 .将Newton -Щаманский方法应用于模型的求解中 ,提高了运算效率 .通过建模和求解 ,获得了各节点在正常和各故障模式下的温度 ,给出了一种有效的故障诊断方法 .该方法预测准确、运算速度快、诊断率高 ,还可以用于卫星其他系统的预测与故障诊断 .
Heat control subsystem is an important part of satellite for controlling the heat exchange between satellite and external environment and monitoring instrument temperature within the satellite. A model-based research method was adopted to forecast the temperature and improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis for satellite heat control subsystem. A mathematical model was established. It enhances the efficiency of calculation. The temperature at every point under normal and every kind of fault conditions can be obtained by solving the model. An efficient fault diagnosis method in terms of temperature monitoring was proposed.
