摘要
介绍了一种以大功率 IGBT模块作主功率开关器件，采用 SG3525集成 PW M控制器为核心控制器， EXB841作为驱动模块的高效集成化的直流调速系统 .该调速系统适 用于需直流调速的工控领域，也可作为大专院校开设 PWM控制实验课之用 .
The paper introduces an effertiveintegrated pwm system,which adopt s powerful IGBT integrated mold block,as major return circuit switch,and SG 35 25 integrated circuit PWM controller as a core controller and EXB 841 as driving mold block. The speed regulator is adapted for industrial controlling field tha t needs D.C.speed－ regulating. It is also adapted for PWM controlling experimen tal courses offered in colleges.
