摘要
本文报道了利用味精废水深层发酵生产香菇菌丝体的研究结果,探索了培养液的最佳配方,通过分析废水发酵后获得的香菇菌丝体及发酵液的化学成分,发现用这种方法培养出的香菇菌丝化学成分基本保持不变,并且发酵液中含有大量的人体所需营养物质,可作为发酵饮料,该研究同时为味精废水的综合利用找到了一条新途径。
The paper reports the research results on the submerged fermentation of Lenlinus edodes which use monosodium glutamate waste water as their culture fluid. The best prescription of the culture fluid has been explored and found. After analysing chemical elements of Lenlinus edodes hyphostroma and the fermented liquor obtained after fermantation, we have found that the chemical elements of Lenlinus edodes hyphostroma cultured by this means keep still unchanged, and the fermented liquor contained rich nutrient materials that human body needs, So they can be made into best drinks. Thus a new way to make multipurpose use of monosodium glutamate waste water has been found.
