摘要
提出了采用运动合成插削斜齿轮的新方法 .论述了加工原理 ,介绍了传动方案、给出插齿刀附加转动的方法及加工精度的试验结果 .
A new method, motion synthesizing, is proposed for helical gear shaping. The cutting theory is discussed as well. Transmission project and the method for achieving additional turn of shaping cutter are introduced. Some testing results on cutting precision are given out.
