摘要
同轴度是影响内燃机气缸盖、气门与座圈工作性能的关键技术要求。本文提出以镗铰工艺取代传统的扩铰工艺来进行导管孔和座圈孔的精加工 ,改进了复合铰刀的结构 ,主轴采用内滚结构 ,从而提高了刀具的刚性及可靠性 ,并保证了零件加工精度的要求。
This paper analysed the main reasons that influence the performance of cyclinder head,valve and valve seat in internal combustion engine.The authors improved reamer and tool holder structure in the finish machining of seat hole and guide hole.These improvements effectively increased the rigidity and reliability of cutter and also guaranteed the axiality between seat hole and guide hole.
