摘要
专业实习是金融学专业教学计划中必不可少的教学环节。从该专业人才培养目标出发，分析了金融学专业实习存在的问题，并提出了改革的具体做法和实施中需要注意的问题。
Professional practice is an indispensable part in the teaching program of finance specialty.In order to train professional talents,the article analyses problems existing in the professional practice of finance specialty and advances some specific measures for reform and problems that must be noticed in practice.
