摘要
介绍了旧楼房加层所需的先决条件及加层的结构形式 ,从旧房顶部直接加层的抗震要求、加固加层法的设计要求及加层改建中存在的一些问题几个方面论述了旧楼房加层改建中的几个技术问题 。
The paper introduces precondition and structure form of old building addition, discusses several technical problems of old building addition from three aspects of anti?seismic demands of direct addition on top of old buildings,design demands of strengthening addition, existing problems of addition and so on, advocates developing old building addition.
