摘要
于栉孔扇贝体中分别注射酵母聚糖和硒多糖两种免疫多糖后 ,分别测定了栉孔扇贝血清和血细胞中两种参与免疫防御的酚氧化酶 (PO)和髓过氧物酶 (MPO)的活力。结果表明 ,注射酵母聚糖后 ,血清中PO活力仅在 1h时实验组极显著地高于对照组 ,而血细胞中无PO活力。注射硒多糖后 ,血清中PO活力在 1和 1 5h时显著高于对照组 ,而血细胞中未检测到PO活力 ;血清中MPO活力在 1、1 5和 30h时 ,血细胞中MPO活力在 1和 1 5h时实验组显著高于对照组 ,说明酵母聚糖和硒多糖两种免疫多糖对栉孔扇贝血淋巴中PO和MPO的活力均有增强作用。
Two kinds of oxidant enzymes phenoloxidase (PO) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) to participate in the immune defence in the haemolymph of Chlamys farreri were assayed at 1, 15 and 30h after injection with zymosan or Seleno polysaccharide The results were as follow After injection with zymosan, the PO activities of experimental groups in serum were much higher than that of control groups only at 1h There were no PO activities in haemocytes The MPO activities of expeximental groups in serum and haemocytes were much higher than that of contral groups both at 1 and 15h. After injection with Seleno polysaccharide, the PO activities of experimental groups in serum were much higher than that of the control groups at 1 and 15h There were no PO activities in haemocytes It was suggested that Seleno polysaccharide and zymosan could stimulate and enhence the activities of PO and MPO in serum and haemocytes of Chlamys farreri
