本文从资产功能、经济行为、投资风险三个方面 ,说明了所有者以资产参与市场经济活动追求所有者经济目的的经济必然性 。
This essay, through three aspects of asset function, economical behavior, investment risk, expounds the economical consequence of that owners a chive their economical goal in participating market transaction with their assets, and the positive role of owner making their profit to maximum.
