摘要
由田间自然感病的甜菜黑色焦枯病株、坏死黄脉型病株及无明显症状的甜菜上分离到一种球状病毒。病毒呈二十面体 ,直径约 2 5nm ,有空心和实心 2种粒子 ,具有分子量为 2 4 7kd的外壳蛋白和长度分别为 3 8kb、1 4kb、1 1kb的 3个双链RNA组分。该病毒具有较强的稳定性和侵染性 ,蚜虫不能传毒 ,土壤诱发可传播 ,易通过汁液摩擦接种侵染多种植物 ;但回接甜菜只偶尔出现个别褪绿斑或不规则褪绿斑 ,并不表现田间症状 。
A isolate BV 1 was isolated from beets with symptom of black scorch,necrotic yellow vein and beets without symptom.It appeared isometric with a diameter of 25 nm,had its coat protein with MW 24 700 dalton,contained three double strand RNA species that is 3.8 kb,1.4 kb,1.1 kb respectively.It has strong infectivity and stability,could be spreaded by soil but aphid.There was not symptoms similar to field beets when hosts were inoculated with BV 1 isolate.The results showed there was no direct relationship between the virus and aforementioned diseases.
