摘要
本文研究了利用晶体管倍频扩展DDS的频率上限的方法。在DDS原理分析的基础上 ,提出DDS倍频模块的设计方案 ,经过板图设计、安装和调试工作 ,得到 1 98~ 2 2 0MHzDDS倍频模块的最终测试结果 。
The technique for improving upper limit frequency and spurious level of DDS by means of transistor doubling is described in this paper. Based on analysis of DDS theory, the design scheme of DDS doubling module is brought forward. After PCB designing,fixing and debugging, the final test result of DDS doubling module is the frequency output of 198~220 MHz, and the whole system is satisfying.[WT5HZ]
