摘要
本文在建立糖皮质激素作用的大鼠的体内模型基础上 ,采用TUNEL染色 ,经激光共聚焦显微镜分析、透射电镜观察等方法 ,研究糖皮质激素对大鼠生精细胞凋亡的作用。结果表明 。
In order to investigate rat spermatogenetic cell apoptosis treated with glucocorticoid in vivo apoptotic spermatogenetic cells labeling by TUNEL were observed by laser confocal microscopy and by electronic microscopy.The results showed that high level glucocorticoid can increase the apoptosis of rat spermatogenetic cell.
