摘要
目的 探讨低钾型周期性麻痹的临床特点、治疗及预防。方法 对我院 1993～ 1998年收治的 6 7例低钾型周期性麻痹患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 经口服及静脉补钾 ,6 0例在 2 4h内临床治愈。结论 及早确诊和正确治疗是缩短病程的关键。
Objective To explore the clinical features,treatment and prevention of hypokalemic periodic paralysis.Methods Sixty-seven cases of hypokalemic periodic paralysis from 1993 to 1998 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Sixty cases were clinically cured in 24 hours by administering kalium intravenously.Conclusion Early diagnosis and proper treatment are the keys of shortening disease course.
