摘要
目的：探讨保留后柱结构，有限椎板切除，腰椎管扩大术治疗腰椎管狭窄及中央型椎间盘突出症的可行性。方法：在１５００例腰椎间盘突出症及椎管狭窄症的手术治疗中，采用保留棘突腰椎板部分切除腰椎管扩大术治疗腰椎管狭窄症及中央型腰椎间盘突出症５６例。结果：经２～１０年临床随访，临床效果满意，未发现继发性腰椎滑脱发生。结论：保留后柱结构，有限椎板切除腰椎管扩大术，治疗腰椎管狭窄及中央型腰椎间盘突出症，方法简单，易于操作，可降低手术并发症，提高手术疗效。值得临床推广应用。
Objrctive:To study the feasibility of keeping posterior of lumbar spinal canal stenosis and central lumbar disc herniation. Methods:Among 1500 of the operayive treatment cases,It consisted of 56 cases were treated with enlarging plasty with laminectomy partially and retaining spinous. Result:For 2 to 10 years of followup. The clinical rusults were good,and there were no found satisfied lumbar spondy lolisthesis. Conclusions:The method was simply, It could reduced postoperative complications and effect was improved.
