通过对世界500强等国际著名企业成功经验的分析,论述了企业核心竞争力的概念及特征,指出面临竞争形势的中国民航运输企业取得优势的要诀是构建自身的核心竞争力。
This paper interprets the concept of core competitive power and its features, drawing lessons from the top 500 world-famous enterprises.Considering the competition China's civil aviation transport enterprises are faced with,the kex to occupx a dominant position rests on building up the core competence within the enterprises themselves.
