摘要
利用浸渍法研究了7075-T6铝合金阳极化膜在Nacl介质中的小孔腐蚀行为,借助金属电极自腐蚀电位测量方法研究了阳极化膜失效期间的电位变化,通过失重计算出年腐蚀速率,从而评价了阳极氧化膜的耐蚀性能。结果表明:Cl-对膜的局部破坏作用非常严重。
:The pitting behaviour of the 7075-T6 Al alloy-anodizing film in NaCl solution has been studied by the immersion methodpotential change has been investigated during the degradation of anodizing film by measuring free corrosion potential of metal electrode,year corrosion rates have been calculated by weight-loss method and corrosion resistance of anodizing film has been evaluated .The result shows that local damage caused by Cl- on the film is very serious.
