摘要
国际民航组织（ICAO）推荐的新航行系统，即CNS/ATM系统，在全球范围内已逐步实施，其通信、导航、监视、空中交通管理各方面影响着机载电子设备的相应发展。在标准化问题上ARINC制订了一系列文件，包括总体功能、推荐结构、设计思想以及各部件的规范和先行标准。引申其有关的重要概念，反映了本世纪初机载电子设备面向CNS/ATM系统发展的概貌。
The CNS/ATM system recommended by the International Civil Aviation Organization is progressing worldwide gradually and being implemented in a phased manner，which is updating avionics in terms of communication，navigation，surveillance and ATM evolution．Owing to the standardization of avionics，a series specification documents has been developed by ARINC，including the system functionings，architecture recommendations and design ideas as well as the norms of different parts and projected standards．Some important concepts quoted in this paper reflect the general picture of the 21st century avionics orientated towards the CNS/ATM system．
