摘要
本文认为，城乡区际传递是城乡区际联系的基本形式。城乡持续发展的区际联系把城乡系统作为一个联系的整体，把系统整体效益的提高放在最重要的地位，强调城乡发展中系统的有效传递协调。而可持续发展城乡联系建立的关键是要有效的通过各种措施，合理地调整城乡间的人口流、物质流。
? This paper holds that urban and rural transmit is a basic form of urban and rural relationship. Urban and rural relationship of sustainable development takes city and countryside as a whole, with the system's beneficial results put in the first place and its effective transmit and coordination emphasized. The key to the estabishment of urban and rural relationship of sustainable development is to effciently and rationally adjust the population flow, material flow, energy flow and information flow between city and countryside.
