摘要
ATSC型快速动态无功补偿装置采用新颖的快速无功功率检测方法和独特的晶闸管控制技术 ,通过微机实现了对多组电容器快速自动分级投切 ,达到了对冲击负荷动态无功补偿的要求 ,其在工频 50 Hz情况下的全部响应时间小于 1 6ms。文中介绍了该装置主回路控制方式和控制电路构成 ,通过其型式试验检测报告中的有关数据和波形及用户现场实测波形 ,表明该装置已达到技术性能指标 ;并简要介绍了现场运行效果。
A rapid reactive power detecting method with a special thyristor controlling is proposed and used in a new fast dynamic reactive power compensation device, which is able to switch capacitors rapidly without any impact, and response time of which is less than 16 ms under the 50 Hz frequency. The control mode of the main circuit and the schematic block of the device are also presented in detail. The relevant data and waveforms from test and the actual consumer report show that the device is effective. This project is supported by Doctoral Fund, Ministry of Education, China (No. 1999007904).
