摘要
真空灭弧室在通过交变电流时会有涡流产生 ,涡流会降低真空灭弧室的开断能力。该文对铁芯式两极纵磁真空灭弧室中铁芯的涡流进行了数值分析。结果表明 ,结构参数的变化对涡流产生影响 ,铁磁物质的材料参数的变化也对涡流产生影响。另外计算结果还表明 ,采用铁芯叠片的方法可有效地抑制涡流 ,这有利于提高该真空灭弧室的开断能力。最后还介绍了一种改进的铁芯叠片方案 ,数值分析表明该方案可行 ,采用该方案可简化生产工艺 ,降低成本。
Eddy current will be induced in vacuum interrupter if ac current passes through. It is known that eddy current can reduce the interrupting capacity of a vacuum interrupter. The induced eddy current in the iron core of iron style bipolar axial magnetic field vacuum interrupter is analyzed. The calculation results show that structure parameters and material parameters have effect on the induced eddy current in the iron. It is also shown that laminated core is a good way to reduce the induced eddy current, which is helpful to enhance the interrupting capability. At last an improved laminated core method is introduced. It is proved feasible by the calculation and it is helpful to make manufacture easier and cheaper.
