对小麦不同的发芽温度即恒温发芽、降温发芽、升温发芽以及发芽时间进行了研究 。
In this paper germination temperature, that are constant temperature germination, down temperature germination and rising temperature germination, and germination time of wheat were studied, and their effects on the quality of wheat malt were compared.
