摘要
以微型自适应光学系统的波前重构算法和信号处理系统为基础 ,给出了相应的微型自适应光学系统的闭环控制算法 。
Based on the algorithms of wavefront as well as signal processing system of micro machined adaptive optical system, the algorithms of closed loop controlling for the systems were deduced. Experiments of the developed micro machined adaptive optical system show that the method presented is feasible.
