热处理的PET分子链不同程度的构象改变导致结晶度的改变。用热结晶法得到了一系列不同结晶度的PET试样.短路热释电流温度谱显示α峰随结晶度的增大而向高温移动。被冻结的分子主链段偶极热松弛活化能随结晶度增大线性减小,热松弛时间常数则随结晶度的提高而呈指数增大.
A series of PET films with different crystallinity were obtained by annealing at 110℃ . The behavior of thermal relaxation of dipoles of crystallized PET had been studied with method of TSC. The a peak of short-circuit thermally stimulated current was shifted to higher temperature when the crystallinity was increased. The activation energy of thermal relaxation of dipoles for main-chain segmental motion in amorphous region was decreased linearly and the time constant of dipolar thermal relaxation was increased exponentially with increasing of crystallinity.
