摘要
研究了钇的新显色剂对甲基偶氮氯膦(CPApM)的合成以及钇与试剂显色反应的条件。CPApM在 HAc-NaAc 缓冲液介质中与钇生成β型配合物,其吸收峰位于755nm,对比度△λ=201nm,表观摩尔吸光率为1.82×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。在25mL 溶液中,6~12μg 的钇遵循比耳定律。用标准加入回扣法的测定范围为0~6μg/25mL。在 TritonX-100和磺基水杨酸钠存在下,可容许10倍量的铈、7倍量的镧和等量的重稀土元素存在。
In this paper,chlorophosphonazo-p-CH_(?)(CPApM),a new reagent for yttrium was syn-thesized,and the conditions of the colour reac-tions with yttrium have been investigated.CPApM forms a β-type complex with yttrium inHAc-NaAc buffer medium,having a maximumabsorption at 755 nm(△λ=201 nm)with anapparent molar absorptivity of 1.82×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Beer's law is obeyed for 6~12μgof yttrium in 25 mL of solution.By usingstandard addition-deduction method,the deter-mination range is 0~6μgY/25mL.In thepresence of Triton X-100 and sodium sulfosali-cylate,10-fold amount of cerium,7-fold amountof lanthanum or equal amount of heavier rareearths are tolerable.
