摘要
研究了5-Br-PADAP 在 H_2SO_4介质中的质子化,并与 IO_3^-和 SCN^-形成紫红色低配位的三元缔合物。在0.4~0.6 mol·L^(-1)H_2SO_4溶液中,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(540)=1.05×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。IO_3^-在0.0~10.0μg/10 mL 范围内符合比耳定律。其相关系数为0.9997。这一方法可用于化学试剂中微量 IO_3^-的测定。
This paper investigated the optimum condi-tions of ion association of protonated 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol(5-Br-PADAP)with IO_3^- and SCN^- formed in H_2SO_4The mechanism has been studied.The molarabsorptivity is 1.05×10~5 L.mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).A newmethod for the determination of microamount ofIO_3^- has been established and can be used todetermine microamount of IO_3^- in chemical rea-gents.
