摘要
在离体条件下 ,采用浑浊度法测定病原菌的生长量。结果表明 :拌种灵对稻白叶枯病菌、稻细菌性条斑病菌、柑桔溃疡病菌及大豆斑疹病菌的有效抑制中浓度分别为 0 5 745 ,1 30 2 6 ,2 6 2 5 7和 7 4970 μg·mL-1,对丁香假单胞病菌、番茄青枯病菌和白菜软腐病菌基本无效 ;拌种灵对柑桔溃疡病菌的抑菌作用稍优于萎锈灵和噻枯唑 ,但低于浸种灵和硫酸链霉素 ;偏酸或偏碱的环境不影响拌种灵的抑菌作用 ;拌种灵能够抑制柑桔溃疡病菌菌体内葡萄糖的氧化代谢。
In vitro median effective concentrations(EC 50 )of the fungicide seedvax to inhibit Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae,X.o.pv.oryzicola,X.citri,and X.campestris pv.glycines were determined to be 0 574 5,1 302 6,2 625 7 and 7 497 0 μg·mL -1 ,respectively.Seedvax showed little inhibition to Pseudomonas syringae pv.syringae,Ralstonia solanacearum and Erwinia carotovora pv.carotovora.Changes in pH did not affect the activity of the fungicide.Seedvax was more effective against X.citri than carboxin and saikuzuo,but less effective than diisothiocyanatomethane and streptomycin sulfate were.Seedvax was shown to suppress glucose oxidation of the bacterium.Mode of action of seedvax against plant pathogenic bacteria remains further research.
