摘要
两岸经贸关系经过２０年的发展，已形成了互补互利、日益紧密的经贸合作格局。进人世纪之交，随着世界和亚太地区经济景气的强劲回升，特别是两岸即将加入ＷＴＯ，海峡两岸经贸关系面临新的发展机遇。虽然新上台的台湾新“领导人”一再回避“一个中国原则”，继续干扰和阻碍两岸经贸关系和两岸“三通”进程的发展，使未来两岸经贸关系的发展面临新的困难与变数，但发展两岸经贸关系是不可阻挡的客观趋势，新世纪两岸经贸关系的发展将乐观可期。
Through the development for twenty years, The econmic and trade relations between the two sides of the Taiwan Stratis have become a cooperative Pattern of mutual benefits and increasingly inseparable. At the turn of the 21st cantury, with the powerful rise of the economic situation in the world and Asia, especially the both sides are about to join WTO, and the economic relations between the two sides of the Taiwan Sthets are facing the new developemnt oppormnity. Though the new leaders in Taiwan avoid answering “The Principe of A China” again and again, continnue disturbing and blocking the develop ment of the economic relations between the two sides f the Taiwan Straits and of “The Thee connections”, it is an objective law this nobody can wndermine the development of the economic and the trade relations. between the two sides of the Taiwan straits. In the 21st century, the development of the economic and the trade relations the two sides of the Taiwan straits still will be optimistic.
