摘要
在目前针灸治疗中风病研究的基础上 ,结合中、西医关于本病发病机制的新认识 ,提出了解毒通络的针灸治法。初步认为 ,中风的主要病机为“毒”损脑络。拟定解毒通络为主 ,辅以调理脏腑、疏筋活血的病机治法 ;该法阳经、阴经合用 ,并重视奇经八脉治法 ;主穴如丰隆、大椎、内关、百会 ,辅穴如肾俞、支沟、合谷、足三里、三阴交 ;结合病情施以补泻手法 ,但以“泻”
On the basis of previous research of apoplectic acupuncture-moxibustion therapeutic method,integrating the new recogniyation of the mechanism of traditional Chinese and western medicine about apoplectic seiyures,We produce a detoxicating and dredging the collaterals acupuncture-moxibustion therapy.We think for the first step that the main mechansism of apoplexy is virulance damaging the cerebral collaterals.So detoxicating and dredging the collaterals are adopted as the main therapies.And they are asisted by the therapies of regulating visceras,dreding tendons and activating blood.In these thevapies,yang and yin meridians are both involved,and the therapy of eight extraordi-nary meridians in also paied attention to.The main acupoints are Feng Long.Da zhui,Nei Guan and Bai Hui etc,and the assisting acupoints are Shen Shu.Zhi Gou,He Gu、Zu San-Li and San Yin-jiao etc.Nourishing and reducing manipulations can be applied depending on the disease itself.But the latter one dominates the treatment.
