摘要
“时藏相应”是中医藏象学说的重要内容 ,为了探讨其现代医学生理机制 ,从生物信号转导角度出发 ,采用不同光照条件 ,用高效液相法测定了大脑皮层、海马、下丘脑的单胺类神经递质含量。结果 :光照变化对大脑皮层、海马、下丘脑的单胺类神经递质含量有显著性影响 ,并呈现出一些特征性变化趋势。说明 :脑内单胺类神经质与“时藏相应”
Shi-zhang-xiang-ying”is an important part of the theory of “zang-xiang”in Traditional Chinese Medicine.To study the physiological mechanism of“Shi-zang-xiang-ying”theory,based on the research of biological signals,rats had been exposed to different light surroundings for 30 days.The contents of monoamine neurotransmitters in cerebral cortex,hippocampus and hypothalamus were determined by HPLC.The results show that significant differences were found in the contents of monoamine neurotransmitters in cerebral cortex,hippocampus and hypothalamus and some characteristic trends of the changes in monoamine neurotransmitters were found.The results suggest that monoamine neurotransmitters in brain correlated to the physiological mechanism of“Shi-zang-xiang-ying”theory.
