摘要
论述了网络环境下文献资源出版的特点和使用需求的变化 ,从如何转变采访观念、调整文献采访比例、开发网上信息资源、提高文献资源采访质量等方面 。
The features of library resources and the changes of the needs from reads under net environment are discussed. Several issues about the library acquisition under net environment, such as how to transfer the acquired ideas and how to adjust the proportion, are analyzed. The strategy of the library acquisition under net environment are presented.
